Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your Wingdow® purchase, you can return it within 90 days of purchase.  We will refund the purchase price or exchange it--whichever you prefer.  Original shipping fees are not refundable.  However, if the return is a result of our error, we will pay both the original and return shipping.  A return received after 90 days (but within 120 days) qualifies for merchandise or exchange only.  A return received after 120 days will be returned to you.  Delivery refusal for any reason other than damage, defect, or mis-shipment may result in a 15% service fee.  Custom-made items--such as custom-designed Wingdow® playstands--cannot be cancelled or returned.  However, in the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily send you an exact replacement at no additional cost.  Customers are responsible for inspecting packages for damage and/or defects immediately upon receipt--and reporting all such damage/defects to Wingdow LLC within 48 hours.

To return an item, please follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order.  Where possible, use the original shipping carton and packing material when returning your purchase to Wingdow®. This will help you repackage the item so it will arrive safely. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged in transit--and that you use a carrier that provides you with a tracking number and proof of delivery.  Wingdow, LLC does not assume responsibility for items damaged in return shipping due to insufficient packing.  Address returns to: Wingdow LLC, 11111 Jefferson Street, Kansas City, MO 64114.

Please notify Wingdow LLC to expect a return via email or call to our toll free number.  Wingdow® will issue your refund within 7 business days, provided all items are returned in good condition.

Limited Warranty: Wingdow LLC agrees to replace or repair defective parts for a period of 60 days following purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Wingdow LLC makes no other warranty of merchantability of the goods or of the fitness of the product, express or implied for any purpose. Wingdow LLC expressly disclaims any such warranties, and the consumer waives any right to incidental and or consequential damages.
